Accommodation Reports in Birmingham
We have been creating Accommodation Reports for well over 20 years. We are aware that our communities are growing and have family abroad that may be entitled to either visit the UK ot may even be eligible for having leave to remain. In most cases the latter is where a British citizen of the family marrys a non-British spouse or wishes to have his/her children to come over to the UK.
A short vsiit is made to the property that the applicant (the person being sponsored) shall reside at to visually inspect the size and suitability of the property. Thereafter an Accommodation Report is created which will include:
address of the property
nature and number of rooms of the property
all the names of the people already residing in their propety
the name of the sponsor and applicant
The cost of the Accommodation Report is £75.00. We do not charge for any amendments within the first month of the report.
