Apex property Services prides itself on its maintenance and upkeep of its properties. We dillgently ensure that all our properties meet the Decent Homes Standard set out by the Government Housing Department. We ensure that all our properties are fully compliant with health and safety regulations and have passed at all our inspections carried out by our internal inspectors, the local council and the housing association where the property is a HMO.
Our maintenance team involves qualified personnel that can carry out property maintenance including refurbishment, repairs, painting, cleaning and such other services that can be incorporated under maintenance.
Such maintenace work that needs technical expertise such as works related to gas, plumbing, elctrical and roofing works are carried out by other qualified personnel that work with us to provide these services.
We try and provide a good value for money maintenance service for our landlords where our maintenance quotes are not-for-profit and therefore whatever it will cost us is what it will cost the landlord which is on average 30-40% cheaper than an external maintenance quote they may find. In addiiton those of our landlords that have been with us for many years as a gesture of goodwill in many cases the cost of labour will be reduced even further and in some cases total labour cost waived.
