Apex Property Services has been conducting commercial lettings as well. Though this is not our main area of lettings we have assisted people in the past by creating commercial leases, negotiating with the landlord to get a reduction in rents and premiums that are paid on commercial lettings namely shops on busy high street roads across the city such as Stratford Road, Ladypool Road, Alum Rock, Coventry Road and others.
Industrial Units
We have arranged for viewings as well as creating leases and negotiating rents for industrial units that potential customers who may want to utilise a unit for mechanic workshop, storage, gym, small workshops and other such uses.
