Property Management Company Established in 1997.
Apex Property Services is a lettings managment company that was established in the year 1997. We have successfully tendered for many housing related contracts during these last 23 years both in the public and private sectors.
In the Year 1999 we were awarded with the NASS Contract by the central government which was to house assylum seekers from war torn countries. In partnership with Hillingdon Borough Council we had assissted and housed over several hundred families in Birmingham.
In the Year 2003 we were awarded the Temporary Accommodation Homeless Contract by Birmingham City Coucil to house homeless families in Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
In the Year 2008 we were awarded the Emergency Accommodation Homeless Contract by Birmingham City Council that invloved housing single people as well as small families that became homeless and needed emergency accommodation by the evening on the same day that they were declared homeless. This provision also involved daily breakfast for the duration of their stay.
In the Year 2013 we were awarded with the much sought after Homless Block Contract by Birmingham City Council. This contract was to pay us for the use of reserving our accommodation whether occupied or vacant. A block of several hundred units were reserved by the local council for the term of the contract.
Recently Apex Property Services has been working with Reliance Social Housing to house single homeless people in both shared and self-contained accommodation. This service provision also includes supporting the individuals that come to reside at our properties with housing and future planning related issues.
Over the years Apex Property Services has worked with a number of organisations and people in order to assure both our current and especially potential landlords and tenants that we have the requisite experience and the infrastructure to be able to grow sustainably and successfully.
Apex Property Services always endevaours to provide a high quality consistent service to all our stakeholders including our landlords, our tenants, our housing association and all those individuals or organisations that we have worked with and shall work with in the future.
